Membership Invoice 2011-2012

Membership dues help to maintain the website, defer cost of the meets and covers all the coaches fees to the National Organization.  In order for your athlete to be considered for the Senior National Team your coaches dues must be paid in full. All HS coaches need to pay their membership dues of $75.00 included in that amount is the fee for the National membership dues. 

Coaches please fill out the form and get it back to me but not include any separate payments for it as I will send in one big check for all the coaches with the money from our  $75 membership dues. REGISTRATION FORM You can send your payment and the registration form to that address listed on the invoice below.
